You will naturally fit our culture if you work out and live a healthy lifestyle, are proactive, determined, and digitally savvy. /p pMove with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Electronics Laboratory Engineer who will be responsible for developing and executing electrical test plans for prototype products, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and maintaining the operational integrity of laboratory equipment. /p pThis role is critical in supporting product development through rigorous testing, analysis, and troubleshooting. You will join our RD Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy) and lead the development and execution of electrical test plans for prototype and power electronics. /p pIn this role, you will ensure compliance with safety and EMC/EMI standards, support design validation, and maintain laboratory efficiency. This role requires deep technical expertise and hands‑on experience in electrical design,



testing, and compliance. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liDesign Verification Testing: define and execute electrical test strategies, perform component‑level verification, early‑stage testing, and FMEA; collaborate with RD to improve design reliability. /li liElectrical Verification Simulation: validate power stages and peripherals using simulation tools and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers), ensuring alignment with design specifications. /li liFull‑Prototype Functional Validation: conduct system‑level functional tests under various conditions to assess robustness and ensure product requirements are fully satisfied. /li liEMC/EMI Debugging Compliance: troubleshoot EMC/EMI issues using RF tools; apply design‑for‑compliance principles to meet international standards. /li liLaboratory Operations Equipment Management: maintain lab equipment and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. /li liDocumentation Technical Reporting: create detailed test reports and compliance records to support design and certification. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down‑to‑earth and ethical. /p pYou focus on results and accountability and strive for excellence. /p pWhat you should bring:



/p ul liMaster’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics or Telecommunication). /li liPrevious experience in a similar role in RD or Quality departments. /li liFluent in English (minimum level B2 CEFR). /li liKnowledge of technical standards such as IEC 60335‑1, IEC 62368, IEC 60601‑1, CISPR‑14 / EN 55014 or similar. /li liKnowledge of measurement equipment and test method for electronic testing and debugging. /li liFamiliarity with electronic design, cable harness design, component manufacturing, and CAD/PLM/ERP tools. /li liAttitude to team‑working and a sense of initiative and proactivity. /li liFocus on results and accountability, striving for excellence. /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition.
