As a member of the European HR Integrated Operations (IO) team and supporting the Site Leadership Team (SLT), the role reports to the HR Director for IO. This is a full-time permanent role based at our Mozzo manufacturing facility, working closely with site leaders and employees. The role is primarily site-based, with the option to work from home 1-2 days per week. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liOrganisational Effectiveness Drive organisational effectiveness initiatives aligned with business strategy. /li liSupport organisational design, workforce planning, and change programmes. /li liPartner with leaders to enhance team performance and capability. /li liTalent Management Workforce Planning Lead talent and succession planning to support business growth. /li liPartner with leaders on recruitment, workforce planning, and key hires. /li liCollaborate with Centres of Excellence on learning and leadership development. /li liEmployee Relations Labour Law Act as the main HR contact in Italy for managers and employees. /li liProvide guidance on Italian labour law, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and HR policies. /li liManage employee relations cases and ensure legal and policy compliance.
/li liCompensation, Benefits Compliance Support compensation reviews and reward decisions. /li liProvide local market insights to inform reward strategies. /li liEnsure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies. /li liHR Operations Employee Experience Partner with Global Shared Services to deliver effective HR processes. /li liSupport onboarding, HR administration, payroll-related matters, and employee lifecycle activities. /li liDrive employee engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives. /liliLeadership Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to the Site Leadership Team. /li liCoach and support managers on leadership and people management practices. /li /ul h3Qualifications and skills /h3 ul liPrevious HRBP experience /li liExperienced in influencing senior stakeholders in complex change situations /li liExpertise in Italian labour law, employee relations, and HR compliance /li liStrong operational HR experience across recruitment, case management, and HR processes /li liCoaching /li liProven project management skillset /li liLanguages Italian and English fluently /li /ul h3What we can offer /h3 ul liThis role provides the opportunity to partner closely with business leaders, influence people strategy, and play a key role in shaping organisational effectiveness and employee experience in Italy. /li liYou will also vantaggi from excellent opportunities for learning and development within a dynamic international environment.
