pClinical Application Analyst – Pharmacy /ppbr/ppbr/ppOur Clinical Application team works closely with healthcare organisations to help them successfully implement and maximise the value of InterSystems’ healthcare solutions. We are looking for a bClinical Application Analyst – Pharmacy /b with a strong clinical background and experience working as a bHospital Pharmacist /b, who can combine their healthcare expertise with an understanding of clinical information systems and customer needs. /ppIn this role, you will become a subject matter expert for pharmacy-related workflows and an important point of contact for customers. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to understand their processes, identify the best-fit solution and support the successful adoption of InterSystems products. /ppThe role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of bclinical practice, healthcare technology and customer consultancy /b, contributing to implementations that can improve the way healthcare organisations deliver care. bThe role requires a willingness and availability to travel to customer sites as required. /b /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b – /pulliWork closely with customers to understand their pharmacy workflows, clinical processes and business requirements. /liliAct as a subject matter expert for pharmacy-related functionality and provide guidance on the effective use and implementation of InterSystems solutions. /liliAssess customer requirements and advise on the best-fit standard solution, minimising unnecessary customer-specific developments. /liliConduct customer workshops, training sessions and presentations, communicating complex concepts clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences. /liliSupport customers in maximising the benefits of InterSystems solutions and adopting effective and standardised processes. /liliTranslate clinical and business requirements into clear functional specifications and documentation. /liliContribute to business process mapping and the analysis of existing customer workflows. /liliWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including clinical, technical, product and implementation teams. /liliSupport software testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet agreed clinical and functional requirements. /liliKeep up to date with new product developments and understand how new functionality can support customer needs.
/liliBuild strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and confidently communicate recommendations and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. /liliTravel to customer sites as required to support workshops, implementations, training and other customer-facing activities. /li /ulpbr/ppbMust Have /b – /pulliUniversity degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline. /liliAt least 1** years of experience working as a Hospital Pharmacist**, with a strong understanding of clinical and pharmacy processes. /liliExperience working within a bhospital pharmacy environment /b. /liliExperience with bElectronic Medical Record (EMR) systems /b. /liliGood understanding of Hospital Information Systems, Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and Clinical Information Systems. /liliExperience interacting directly with customers and/or healthcare professionals, including clinicians. /liliExcellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to confidently articulate and communicate ideas. /liliExperience delivering training, workshops and/or presentations. /liliExperience contributing to multidisciplinary teams and working collaboratively with different stakeholders. /liliExperience writing functional documentation and mapping business processes. /liliGood understanding of Information Systems and healthcare technology. /lilibWillingness and availability to travel /b to customer sites as required. /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to Have /b – /pulliExperience communicating with key stakeholders at different levels within healthcare organisations, including public and/or private sector organisations. /liliPrevious experience implementing software or healthcare technology solutions. /liliPrevious experience in an application, configuration or clinical systems specialist role. /liliExperience working in a customer-facing IT or healthcare technology environment. /liliExperience with change management and supporting users through the adoption of new systems and processes. /liliExperience conducting software testing and supporting validation activities. /liliStrong general computer skills and confidence working with digital tools. /li /ulpbr/ppbAI Competencies /b – /pulliComfortable using digital and AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, documentation and day-to-day work.
