The role is designed to support the Regional Manager in ensuring sales management and monitoring quality & compliance activities. **A day in the life of a B2B Sales Support Intern** + Participate in customer follow-up activities, including phone contacts and communications to support order management and commercial opportunities. + Provide support in sales back-office processes, including customer data updates, order verification, documentation management, and administrative tasks. + Assist with invoice checks and help track any discrepancies or pending issues.



+ Support after-sales and compliance activities by helping monitor customer requests, claims, and open cases. + Liaise with the Customer Care / Toll-Free Number team to help coordinate customer requests and post-sales activities. + Collaborate with the Sales team and other internal functions to contribute to an efficient and customer-focused service. **What will make you successful** + Curiosity and interest in Sales within the ho.re.ca business + Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders + Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AI, especially Excel, PowerPoint.
