In qualità di azienda operante nell'industria della moda di lusso con un resistente profilo etico, siamo leader e innovatori nel settore. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThe Shoes Cost Timing Specialist is part of the Shoes Business Unit based in our Novara Office and reports to the Shoes Production Manager. /p pThis role will be responsible for ensuring accurate cost management and efficient timing across the Shoes collection development process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and Purchasing teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the calculation and analysis of sampling and production costs for each style, ensuring all relevant cost components are consistently updated in the system. /li liPartner with the Product and Merchandising teams to monitor style margins and recommend corrective actions in case of deviations from target costs. /li liPartner with Product and Production to negotiate prices with suppliers and secure margin objectives. /li liSupport the preparation of regular reports and analyses on costs and profit margins, ensuring accurate and timely performance tracking. /li liOversee cost trends throughout the collection development process, ensuring alignment with the established budget /li /ul h3Your Talent /h3 ul li2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the fashion and Shoes industry.



/li liSolid understanding of costing processes and production/sampling dynamics specific to Shoes collections. /li liProficiency in Excel (including vlookup, pivot tables, and advanced formulas) as well as key cost analysis tools. /li liProven experience in partnering with Product and Production for negotiations with suppliers and budget management. /li liStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and a results-driven approach. /li liGood command of English, both written and spoken. /li /ul pSalary Range: € 30.000 - € 35.000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL). /p pA noi di Stella McCartney piace essere audaci.
