The position is intended for a junior professional with approximately 2 years of experience in accounting and administration, able to work independently on recurring activities and eager to grow in a dynamic and international environment. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliSupplier onboarding and approval. /liliReview of contractual documentation and the accounts payable cycle. /liliRecording, checking and payment of invoices. /liliAccount reconciliations and review of outstanding items. /liliProcessing of travel expenses. /liliSupport for periodic and year-end closings. /liliMonitoring of actual costs versus budget and variance analysis. /liliParticipation in the annual cost budgeting process. /liliMaintenance of VAT and fixed asset registers. /liliAccounts receivable invoicing and related controls. /liliReview and accounting of fees relating to services provided to and received from Head Office, ensuring accuracy, correct accounting allocation and compliance with deadlines. /liliSupport with tax compliance and tax payments, as well as preparation of documentation required for reviews, audits and internal controls. /li /ulh3What are we looking for? /h3h3Education /h3pBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field, preferably or equivalent qualifications: Economics and Commerce. /ph3Professional Experience /h3pApproximately 2 years of experience in general accounting, accounts payable/accounts receivable, administration or equivalent roles, preferably gained in structured companies,
service organizations or international environments. Hands-on experience with accounts payable processes, reconciliations, accounting closings and day-to-day interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders is highly valued. /ph3Languages /h3pItalian: native speaker or C1. English: at least B2. Spanish: knowledge of Spanish is considered an advantage. /ph3Technical Skills /h3pGood command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables and data management/analysis) and Word. Knowledge of ERP systems or accounting software is a plus. Solid knowledge of general accounting, double-entry bookkeeping and financial statement principles.
