We are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and manufacturing processes. /ph3The Role /h3pThe Quality Engineer will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring that products and manufacturing processes meet internal standards, customer requirements and international quality regulations. /ppWorking closely with Operations, Engineering and other cross-functional teams, the role combines process improvement, project management and audit activities to strengthen operational performance and promote a quality-driven culture throughout the organization. /ppReports to: Quality Director /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliQuality Management System /liliSupport the development and implementation of quality standards, procedures and control systems. /liliContribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System.



/liliProcess Improvement /liliAnalyze quality data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. /liliSupport cross-functional continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives. /liliAudits Compliance /liliPlan and perform internal process and system audits. /liliSupport customer audits and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions. /liliQuality Assurance /liliMonitor quality performance and prepare reports for management. /liliSupport root cause analysis and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. /liliCustomer Quality Support /liliSupport customer quality activities during plant visits and audits. /liliCollaborate with customers and internal teams during APQP and product validation activities. /liliPrepare quality documentation and certificates of conformity when required. /li /ulh3Your Skills /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering (or equivalent technical background). /liliGood knowledge of Quality Management Systems and manufacturing processes. /liliUnderstanding of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
