PERMANENT CONTRACT – Based in Ponte San Pietro (Bergamo, Italy) – Salary: 35000€ to 45000€ depending on experience and qualifications

For over 30 years, the company has been designing and manufacturing high-tech industrial equipment for the optical sector. With a strong international presence, the group operates worldwide through its subsidiaries across North America, Europe, Asia and South America.

As part of the development of our Customer Service team, we are looking for a FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN M/F to join our headquarters in Italy. Reporting to the Technical Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

- Installing and commissioning our machines at customer sites across Europe.
- Training users on how to operate the equipment
- Diagnosing breakdowns and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Providing on-site and remote technical support




- Participating in machine testing and validation activities in collaboration with the production teams
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and strong customer-service orientation

Your profile

- Fluent French and professional-level English or Italian
- 5 to 7 years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance
- Proven experience working with CNC machines
- Good mechanical skills and ability to read technical drawings
- Proficiency in measurement instruments and standard office software
- Willingness to travel throughout Europe, approximately 50% of the time
