This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence by creating robust manufacturing standards, including detailed Work Instructions and Job Safety Analyses (JSA). The ideal candidate will be a technical leader on the floor—standardizing tooling, driving complex troubleshooting, and providing active support to production teams. You will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging process innovation to optimize Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) in the manufacturing of high-precision gas turbine and aeroderivative components. /ph3Job Description /h3h3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliStandardization: Develop, maintain, and update Work Instructions and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) to ensure safe, repeatable, and compliant manufacturing processes. /liliProcess Engineering: Design, program, and implement machining processes for complex components. /liliProgramming Optimization: Develop and refine CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (NX preferred) and manual ISO/G-code editing. /liliTooling Strategy: Standardize tooling and lead the design of specialized jigs and fixtures required for specific machining operations.



/liliShop Floor Support: Provide active, hands-on technical support to production, including real-time troubleshooting, machine sub-routine optimization, and process adjustment. /liliContinuous Improvement: Lead process innovation projects to drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). /li /ulh3Required Qualifications Experience /h3ulliPractical Experience: Must have a proven history as a CNC Operator or CNC Shop Floor Supervisor/Manufacturing Support /liliCNC Programming: At least 2+ years of experience in CNC programming (ISO/G-code and CAD/CAM). /liliSiemens Controls: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Siemens CNC controllers. /liliProcess Knowledge: Comprehensive mastery of CNC machining processes, including lathe, milling, grinding, and drilling. /liliTechnical Proficiency: /liliExcellent knowledge of mechanical drawings and blueprints. /liliDeep understanding of machine tool capabilities and process parameters. /lili Proven experience in developing and troubleshooting CNC machine sub-routines. /liliSoftware Skills: Previous experience in tooling design for machining processes using NX. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
