ppA Baker Hughes Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation Engineering Manager leads engineering teams to deliver commercially sound products or services in an EPC context. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging and coordinating a team of engineers to achieve relevant engineering deliverables. /li liPlanning and controlling activities, preparing workloads, and identifying when additional staff is needed. /li liSelecting and assigning the Discipline Leader and other technical specialists, dividing engineering tasks between internal and external resources. /li liSupporting the Discipline Leader by ensuring contract requirements and technical annexes are met. /li liVerifying progress of technical development and man‑hour usage to ensure budget compliance. /li liAttending the kick‑off meeting at project start‑up with assigned specialists. /li liCooperating with the Proposal department to prepare technical offers and estimate engineering activities. /li liCoaching and nurturing talent, defining training plans based on team needs. /li liCooperating with Procurement to qualify vendors and manage test and inspection of critical supplies.
