You will hold full authority for the daily operation of the program and serve as the primary point of contact for the Government. /li liThis role suits a practitioner. You back up the Prevention Education Coordinator, so you need to be able to teach a class, brief a command team, and handle a disclosure. Beyond this program, you will support healthcare program management at our headquarters, including our work toward Joint Commission accreditation. /li /ul h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Back Up Prevention Education /h3 ul liTeach Family Advocacy Program classes when the Coordinator is unavailable, covering family violence prevention, stress and anger management, parenting, and couple communication. /li liBrief units, command teams, Child and Youth Services, and school staff across the garrison. /li liCover individual sessions for walk‑in clients and coordinate education referrals with the Family Advocacy Program Manager and the Medical Treatment Facility clinic. /li liServe as a mandated reporter of child abuse, child neglect, domestic violence, and intimate partner violence, reporting within one hour with a written report inside 24 hours.



/li /ul h3Run the Program /h3 ul liHold full authority on all matters relating to daily operation, and stay reachable from 0800 to 1700 Monday through Friday. /li liWrite and maintain the quality control plan, the work plan, and the employee absence coverage plan. /li liKeep the team credentialed: screening, background investigations, Status of Forces accreditation, installation access, and training. /li liOwn the monthly reporting calendar and confirm each submission to the Government. /li /ul h3Build the Wider Practice /h3 ul liSupport healthcare program management at our headquarters, across our European programs. /li liContribute to our pursuit of Joint Commission accreditation: documentation, process mapping, and readiness review. /li liCarry what works at Camp Darby into our Family Advocacy programs at other garrisons. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liYou come from social work, counseling, behavioral health, or public health, and you kept your practice sharp while moving into management. /li liYou can stand in for the educator on short notice and hold a room of soldiers, parents, or teachers. /li liYou keep your commitments on a calendar and meet them without being chased, because a missed monthly report becomes a performance record. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required /h3 ul liBachelor degree from an accredited university in social science, behavioral health, health science education, community health,



or public health. /li liA minimum of one year of experience in family and children’s services or community organization, including experience in family violence. /li liAbility to speak, read, and write English at a proficiency of Level 3 or higher. /li liAvailability from 0800 to 1700 Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays, with authority to decide on the spot. /li liAbility to pass a favorable background check and to obtain a Common Access Card and installation access. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liLicensure or certification in social work, counseling, or a related field. /li liExperience delivering family violence prevention or child abuse prevention programming. /li liExperience with healthcare accreditation, quality management, or Joint Commission readiness. /li liExperience managing a U.S. Government services contract in Europe. /li liWorking knowledge of Italian or German. /li /ul h3Why You’ll Love It Here /h3 ul liA European portfolio with real authority, based anywhere we operate. /li liPractice and management in one role.
