The position includes monitoring, operating, and supporting all of the company’s 24/7 global and domestic content distribution services. Working hours – 24/7 shift basis. Please note that this is not a remote/hybrid/lavoro da remoto position /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liMonitor telecommunications/ broadcasting systems, supervise the technical components’ functions and make sure that they are active and problem-free. /li liCustomer support – act as the initial point of contact for all the company’s clients. /li liTroubleshoot and fix technical issues. /li liAccountable for managing events and ensuring that they are resolved,
