You’ll thrive in a culture of belonging where you and your unique viewpoint matter. /p pLearn about the Danaher Business System ( which makes everything possible. /p pThe Senior Payroll Specialist is the senior subject‑matter expert and operational lead for payroll across assigned regions, ensuring exceptional accuracy, compliance, risk management and stakeholder confidence. The Senior Payroll Specialist provides expert guidance on complex payroll matters, drives harmonisation and continuous improvement, and plays a critical role in shaping regional payroll strategy, controls and capability. /p pThis position reports to Payroll Manager- EMEA and is part of the Corporate organisation. Candidates that currently sit on‑site or remotely will maintain their current location. /p pIn this role, you will have the opportunity to: /p ul liProvide senior‑level ownership for complex, high‑risk or multi‑country payrolls across EMEA and act as the recognized expert for payroll calculations, statutory interpretation and regulatory changes /li liProcess complex multi‑country payrolls with precision and timeliness. Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and local payroll regulations. Manage off‑cycle payments, adjustments and final pay calculations. Prepare and submit required filings and reports. /li liValidate and correct payroll data prior to processing. Escalate and resolve payroll discrepancies. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Interpret payroll policies across jurisdictions. /li liMaintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits and direct deposits. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies. /li liCollaborate on payroll system upgrades,



integrations and configuration to ensure regional consistency. Support the rollout of standardised payroll workflows across the region. /li liSupport documentation and implementation of standardised payroll procedures. Provide input on harmonisation milestones and system enhancements. /li /ul pThe essential requirements of the job include: /p ul liBachelor’s degree in accounting or business or minimum of 7 years of related payroll experience /li li5+ years of experience processing complex payroll, in a multi‑country environment. /li liDeep, expert‑level understanding of end‑to‑end payroll operations and statutory requirements and extensive experience managing complex, multi‑country payroll environments /li liExpert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP or similar. /li liProven problem‑solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions. /li /ul pIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: /p ul liExcellent level of written and spoken English required; additional European languages strongly advantageous. /li liExceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation. /li liEffective communication skills for engaging with employees and cross‑functional stakeholders. /li liAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑country operational environment. /li /ul pDanaher offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive agevolazioni programs that add value to our lives. The expected gross annual salary range for this role is €45 950 to €63 350, determined based on objective criteria such as experience, skills and role‑related competencies.



/p pBonus / Incentive Pay /p p10% of annual base salary /p pThis job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
