/ppResponsible for ensuring smooth start up of all industrial services to ensure optimal generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation. /ppi.e. /ppelectricity, steam, refrigeration, water and effluent treatment, hygienic air handling and compressed air. /ppResponsible for delivering New/extension/modification of Buildings in compliance with local regulation and Nestlé people safety and hygienic standard. /ph3A Day in the Life of a Construction and Industrial Services /h3ulliProject Engineering Manager:ulliOrganize project execution and manage budget above 20 MCHF. /liliManage third parties such as General contractor, technical client, system integrator according to regulation, standards and norms. /liliProper management of project documentation (Technical instruction/ SOP...) / digitalization per group standard. /liliBe responsible for issuing the Project specific User Requirement specification (URS) integrating Standard URS from TAP/Utility Corporate functions. /li /ul /liliCoordinate third party contractor tender work allocation. /liliAchievement of FAT, SAT, commissioning and close Snag list. /liliControl the project communication (especially for environmental aspect with local authorities) /liliEnsure consistency between progress report execution, control and validate deviation Variable Orders. /li /ulh3What will make you successful? /h3ulliExperience in construction (civil) and industrial Services engineering discipline, preferably in food related manufacturing environment (min 10 years) /liliExperience operating or supervising others who operate Industrial services systems /liliManufacturing projects management ("making it happen"): 5 years' experience in a international project environment context within which,
