ppLocated proximity 20 km to the east of the Gulf line and approximately 12 km Southwest of the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1 facility, the objective of this Budget Item is to provide water supply from three (3) sources; the existing Safaniyah GOSP-1, the new Zuluf AH Central Processing Facility (CPF), and Jaladi aquifer water for the purpose of treatment and injection. The facility will process 1,400MBCD of water for injection to cover the production forecast up to 2035; to ultimately maintain the existing Safaniyah Field's Maximum Sustainable Capability (MSC). In addition, the scope will expand water facilities in Safaniyah GOSP-1 to accommodate the surplus produced water that exceeds the overall existing formation water system capacity up to year 2035. /ph3Job Purpose /h3pDevelopment of discipline design basis, technical specifications, pro-active management of vendor technical interfaces, leadership in the identification, submittal and resolution of scope changes and deviations, coordination with other disciplines. Position involves ensuring conformance to applicable engineering codes and standards as well as company QA system, policies and procedures. /ph3Key Responsibilities and Duties /h3ulliPrepare and/or review design calculations for pressure vessels and tanks. /liliPrepare and/or review technical Specifications. /liliInter-disciplinary delivery checking. /liliPrepare and/or review technical clarification of pressure vessel vendor bids to ensure vendor compliance with Aramco standards.



/liliPrepare and/or review technical reports to support order placement of air coolers, heat exchangers, storage tanks, specialist equipment and filters to ensure vendor compliance with Aramco standards. /liliProject technical support and familiarity with risk assessments, design reviews, constructability and Hazards and Operability (HAZOPs). /liliEnsure quality and timelines for deliverables. /liliPrepare and/or review Vendor proposals/technical clarifications. /liliActively communication with other disciplines to optimize areas of interface during the design development. /liliCoordinate the design effort to support the materials requisitions and ensures these documents comply with the technical project specifications. /liliAnalyze disputed item from technical and contractual aspects and prepare required official response. /liliResponsible for processing and following up change orders requests.
