/li liEnsure all requirements are clear, complete, and actionable for the delivery teams. /li liCoordinate and support delivery across machines, mobile applications, and backend systems, managing execution details and ensuring milestones are achieved. /li liEnsure alignment with the broader Smart Machines ecosystem and existing consumer experiences. /li liIdentify and resolve delivery blockers, tracking dependencies and risks across teams. /li liWork in a squad format, closely collaborating with engineering, UX designers, solution architects, QA, Analytics, and other stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on priorities, scope, and deliverables. /li liSupport release planning and deployment activities, coordinate testing readiness and quality validation, participate in go-live activities and rollout plans, and ensure operational handover readiness. /li liContribute to consistency across machine onboarding, connectivity setup, app interactions, feature usage journeys, and support experiences; champion usability and customer‑centric thinking in daily delivery activities. /li liMonitor and support continuous improvements using data and analytics,
