ppCity : Ravenna State : Ravenna (IT-RA) Country : Italy (IT) Requisition Number : 45624 /ppBunge is a global leader in agribusiness, food and ingredients, committed to connecting farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed, and fuel. /ppWe are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Porto Corsini, supporting our production operations and driving continuous improvement. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pAcross: 10 Crushing Operators, 3 Refinery Crushing Operators and 5 Shift Leaders /pulliMonitor daily production processes to ensure performance aligns with safety, quality, and operational standards /liliIdentify, analyze, and manage process deviations, coordinating corrective actions with Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Production teams /liliSupervise and support maintenance interventions at the operational level /liliTrack, analyze, and improve department KPIs, working closely with operators and shift leaders /liliActively contribute to continuous improvement and plant optimization projects /liliDevelop, update, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) /liliTrain operators and shift supervisors on processes and procedures /liliManage inventory of consumables (e.g. chemicals), ensuring continuous production through effective stock control and reordering /liliMaintain accurate records of production losses and ensure data entry in SAP /liliMake data-driven decisions to improve plant performance and align with Bunge's global strategy /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3h3Education Experience /h3ulliDegree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar /liliExperience not required, but exposure to industrial or continuous production environments is a plus /liliExperience in industrial plants, mechanical or port environments is beneficial /li /ulpThe salary range for this role is 44,000 - 50,000 gross per year, depending on the experience.
