The ideal candidate should have good hands‑on experience with Windows environments along with a basic understanding of VMware/ESXi, server troubleshooting, data center operations, and cabling /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide onsite L2 IT support and basic troubleshooting for servers and IT infrastructure. /li liTroubleshoot Windows-related issues and perform basic system checks. /li liHave basic knowledge of VMware ESXi and VMware technologies . /li liPerform basic troubleshooting when a server or system is down, including checking connections and interfaces. /li liPerform basic data center management activities. /li liHandle and track network/server cabling and identify cable connections between equipment. /li liAssist with connecting and replacing network/server interfaces as required. /li liPerform basic hardware and connectivity troubleshooting. /li liCoordinate with remote teams and local site contacts for issue resolution.
