bApplication must be submitted in English /b** /p pAs bSenior Cost Controller /b,you will play a key role in supporting the financial performance and cost governance of Redion EB.
You will closely collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization to ensure accurate cost monitoring, reporting and planning processes, including (but not limited to): /p ul liMonitor and analyse operating expenses, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement; /li liPrepare periodic cost reports, management dashboards and variance analyses versus budget and forecast; /li liSupport annual budgeting forecasting exercises; /li liPartner with business functions to challenge expenditures and promote cost awareness across the organization; /li liPerform cost allocation analyses and contribute to the continuous enhancement of cost management methodologies; /li liSupport month-end and year-end closing activities related to expenses, accruals and provisions; /li liContribute to financial planning, management reporting and performance monitoring activities; /li liParticipate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives; /li liPrepare ad hoc financial analyses and presentations for management and decision-making purposes.

/p h3What we are looking for /h3 ul listrong analytical mindset combined with ability to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable business insights; /li liproven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively at different organizational levels; /li liexcellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to engage both finance and non-finance audiences; /li liadvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling techniques; /li listrong business acumen and understanding of financial performance drivers; /li liexperience with ERP systems and reporting/visualisation tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Oracle or similar solutions) is considered an advantage; /li liknowledge of the software CCH Tagetik is highly considered; /li lihigh level of autonomy, accountability and attention to detail; /li lifluent in English and any other language would be considered an asset.
/li /ul h3Ideal background would be /h3 ul li7 years of experience in Cost Controlling or related finance functions; /li liprevious experience within the insurance, reinsurance or broader financial services; /li liproven track record of supporting senior management through financial analysis, forecasting and performance management activities; /li liuniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline; /li liexposure to strategic initiatives,



transformation programmes or finance process improvement projects will be considered a plus; /li liprofessional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent) represent an additional advantage.
