Job DescriptionConstance Halaveli, a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Villa Host to join our exceptional team. As a Villa Host, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary. - Provide personalized and attentive service to guests throughout their stay - Conduct warm welcome greetings and resort orientations for arriving guests - Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, addressing requests and concerns promptly - Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences - Arrange and book dining reservations, spa treatments, and excursions - Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for future visits - Conduct regular villa inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance - Assist with check-in and check-out procedures - Act as a knowledgeable resource for resort facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner Qualifications - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English,
