As PC Manager Italy, you are fully responsible for the entire People Culture domain within the Italian NSO.
You operate as a true owner: from hands-on execution and administration to tactical sparring partner of the General Manager and contributing to strategic workforce decisions.
/p pYou will be the go-to person for everything HR-related.
One moment you are drafting contracts or handling complex labor law cases, the next you are shaping workforce planning or improving processes.
/p pYou get the freedom and trust to build, structure and optimize PC in Italy based on your expertise, while being supported by an experienced and international Global PC team.
/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liFull ownership of all PC activities within the Italy NSO for a global company comapny; /li liEnd-to-end responsibility for recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management; /li liHandle payroll preparation, mutations and coordination with HQ; /li liActing as the primary point of contact for employee relations and workplace matters; /li liLeading complex cases such as exits, performance issues and compliance topics; /li liManaging absence, holidays and HR administration; /li liDriving process improvements, automation and system optimization; /li liPartnering closely with the General Manager on strategic workforce planning and succession planning; /li liIdentifying opportunities to improve, streamline or outsource processes.
/li /ul h3What you bring /h3 pRequired:



/p ul li5+ years of experience in an international HR position; /li liProven ability to operate both hands-on and at a tactical and operational level; /li liStrong knowledge of HR operations, administration and local labor law;p /li liExperience with payroll processes and HR systems (e.g. Sage is a plus); /li liConfidence to challenge stakeholders; /li liFluent in English Italian.
