/p h3bPRAMAC /b is looking for a bController – Accounting, Project Business Data Center /b to join its Finance organization and support the continued growth of its international project business, with a particular focus on large-scale Data Center projects.
/h3 h3The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial and accounting control of complex, multi-year projects delivered across different PRAMAC entities worldwide.
The role will ensure the correct recognition of revenues, costs and margins throughout the entire project lifecycle, providing accurate financial visibility and supporting both local teams and Group management.

/h3 pbMain Responsibilities /b /p ul liManage the accounting and financial control of complex projects, primarily within the Data Center business.
/li liMonitor project revenues, costs, margins, cash flow and financial performance throughout the full project lifecycle.
/li liEnsure the correct recognition of revenues and costs in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.




/li liApply and monitor project accounting methodologies, including: ul lipercentage-of-completion accounting; /li licost-to-cost methods; /li liwork-in-progress accounting; /li limilestone-based revenue recognition; /li licontract asset and contract liability management.
/li /ul /li liReview project budgets, forecasts and estimates at completion, identifying financial risks and opportunities.
/li liAnalyse actual project performance against budget, forecast and contractual milestones.
/li liWork closely with Project Managers, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and local Finance teams.
/li liSupport month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities related to project accounting.
/li liPrepare project financial reports, management analyses and business performance reviews.
/li liMonitor project variations, claims, penalties, contingencies and other contractual financial elements.
/li liSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of project accounting and controlling processes.
/li liSupport internal and external audit activities related to project accounting.
/li liContribute to the development of common project controlling standards across the international organization.
/li /ul pbRequirements Experience /b /p ul liDegree in Economics, Finance, Accounting,



Business Administration or a related discipline.
/li liAt least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, controlling, audit or project finance.
/li liStrong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.
/li liExperience gained in one or more of the following environments will be considered a strong advantage: ul liconstruction and engineering companies; /li liEPC or project-based businesses; /li liinfrastructure companies; /li liindustrial companies managing long-term contracts; /li liprofessional accounting or audit firms serving construction, engineering or project-based clients.
/li /ul /li liPrevious experience in external audit or financial review activities is considered a plus.
/li liAbility to interpret complex contracts and translate contractual terms into accounting and financial implications.
/li liGood understanding of project profitability, cost allocation and margin analysis.
/li liFluent English is an essential requirement, both written and spoken.
Additional languages will be considered an advantage /li liThe role requires frequent interaction with colleagues, project teams and Finance functions located across PRAMAC's international subsidiaries.

/li liAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
/li liExperience with ERP and business intelligence systems is desirable.
