/li liBuilding and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
/li liIdentifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
/li liUnderstanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
/li liCoordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success teams.
/li liMonitoring client satisfaction and key account performance indicators.
/li liSupporting contract negotiations and renewals.




/li liPreparing regular reports on account performance and commercial opportunities.
/li /ul pThe role is ideal for professionals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong customer focus and a commercial mindset.
Previous experience in account management, sales, business development or client-facing roles is considered an advantage.
