ph3Senior Project Engineer – Carbon Fiber Exterior Components Design Consulting GmbH Capriglio, Italy /h3 pDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p h3Senior Composite Project Engineer – Carbon Fiber BIW /h3 pDesign Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior Composite Project Engineer to join a prestigious automotive development program focused on Carbon Fiber Body-in-White (BIW) components. /p pThis role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge vehicle development projects, managing the complete engineering lifecycle from concept and feasibility through validation, industrialization and Start of Production (SOP). /p pThe successful candidate will act as the technical interface between suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring quality, timing and technical excellence throughout the project. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the engineering development of Carbon Fiber BIW components. /li liManage the complete product development lifecycle from feasibility to SOP. /li liCoordinate suppliers and internal engineering teams. /li liLead technical convergence meetings and engineering reviews. /li liPrepare and maintain Technical Specifications. /li liDevelop and maintain DFMEA documentation. /li liDefine and manage Component System DVPs. /li liManage Engineering Releases and Engineering Changes. /li liSupport technical issue resolution during development and validation. /li liMonitor project timing, milestones and engineering deliverables. /li liMaintain Engineering BOM and related documentation. /li liSupport Purchasing during supplier technical evaluations and quotation reviews.



/li liSupport prototype builds, validation activities and production launch. /li liPrepare technical reports and project documentation. /li /ul h3Required Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of experience in Automotive Product Development. /li liProven experience with Carbon Fiber / CFRP / Composite Components. /li liExperience with Body-in-White (BIW) development. /li liExperience with vehicle structures or exterior structural components. /li liExperience coordinating Tier-1 suppliers. /li liExperience leading engineering development activities. /li liGood understanding of the complete automotive product development process from Concept to SOP. /li liGood understanding of vehicle platform layout. /li liExperience with Engineering Change Management. /li liExperience working in cross-functional engineering teams. /li /ul h3Preferred Technical Skills /h3 pExperience with one or more of the following: /p ul liTechnical Specifications /li liDFMEA /li liDVP /li liEngineering BOM /li liSAP /li liPLM Systems (Teamcenter, 3DEXPERIENCE or equivalent) /li liEngineering Change Management /li liCost Management /li liAPQP / PPAP /li liPrototype Build Support /li liProduction Launch /li liTechnical Documentation /li /ul h3Languages /h3 pItalian – Fluent (Mandatory) /p pEnglish – Minimum B2 level. /p h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong technical leadership /li liExcellent communication skills /li liSupplier management /li liProblem solving /li liDecision making /li liPlanning and organization /li liProactive attitude /li liAttention to detail /li liTeam player /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
