We are currently seeking for Customer Engineer Thermal Management to join our team in Milan, Italy!
As CE Thermal Management you will provide hands on support to the Thermal maintenance team by assisting with routine maintenance tasks, equipment handling, site preparation and general laboring duties.
This role helps ensure efficient and safe operation of chiller systems and related plant infrastructure.
/p h3What kind of work will you be doing?
/h3 ul liAssist with scheduled and reactive maintenance of chillers and associated equipment.
/li liHandle tools, materials, and components as directed by the service technicians.
/li liSupport the technician during tasks such as: Filter changes, Coil cleaning, Carry out basic cleaning, tidying and cleaning of mechanical plant.
/li liPerform manual handling duties, including moving heavy parts and tools.
/li liEnsure safe access to equipment by setting up barriers, signage and access platforms.
/li liHelp monitor inventory and report shortages.
/li liTransport parts required to and from site.
/li liFollow all health, safety and environmental procedures and report any hazards.
/li /ul h3What will make you successful?




/h3 ul liExperience of working in a technical service or test environment of Air Conditioning equipment essential.
/li liComputer Literate (All office associated programs such as, Word, Excel, Outlook).
/li liPrevious field service experience essential.
/li liExcellent customer service skills.
/li liStrong communication skills.
/li liSelf starter, ability to plan , organise and manage time effectively with an ability to work under pressure.
/li liClean Valid driving license.
