/p pThis role is ideal for candidates currently working as an IT Technician, IT Support Specialist, Desktop Support Engineer, or Infrastructure Technician.
/p pYou will support users, maintain IT equipment and infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a high?quality service experience.
Working closely with local and international teams, you will play a key role in keeping business?critical systems operational.
/p h3Working hours /h3 pOn?site, Monday–Friday, 09:*****:00 /p h3What Will You Do /h3 ul liInstallation, configuration and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers and peripheral devices /li liHardware break?fix support and diagnostics /li liWindows operating system and Microsoft 365 support /li liActive Directory user administration and support /li liSmart Hands support for network and infrastructure teams /li liBasic LAN/WAN connectivity troubleshooting /li liWireless network support /li liIncident, Request and Change management following ITIL processes /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3What will you bring to ESP?
/h3 ul li2+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software,
