/p pSecheron Hasler Italia is looking for a Software/Firmware Developer to join the RD team at the Verona site.
/p pThe Software Development we are looking for will have experience in the development of C and modern C++ applications (C++11/14/17).
The ideal candidate will also be familiar with development of microcontroller FW.
/p pThe new resource will collaborate on the design, new development and software/firmware maintenance of Secheron Hasler Operator Terminals (HMI) used in the railway sector and their supporting software tools.
/p h3Responsibilities and key tasks, in this position, you will perform the following: /h3 ul liDevelop FW applications of microcontroller integrated into HMI devices.




/li liWrite and update technical documentation /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Electrical Engineering/IT or similar disciplines; /li liMinimum 3 years of experience /li liThorough knowledge of C and modern C++ (C++11/14/17).
/li liExperience in using gnu autotools (automake) /li liKnowledge of scripting language (Bash) /li liexperience in FW development on microcontrollers (for example NXP Arm Cortex®-M7 and TI Hercules family) /li liExperience in understanding HW and using HW tools for HW/FW debug and integration (in circuit debugging via JTAG, oscilloscope, etc) /li liExperience on peripheral interfacing over i2c and SPI.
/li liExperience in using software versioning frameworks (GIT and SVN) /li liGood knowledge of the English language (level B2/C1) /li liTechnical background /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications Are /h3 ul liTechnical background on embedded FW development /li liFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
