You will help shape the future workforce by aligning recruitment initiatives with priorities and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition and work a hybrid schedule at the Westinghouse Electric Italy facility in Monfalcone, Italy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs and role requirements. /li liManage full‑cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. /li liDevelop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across multiple channels. /li liAnalyze recruitment metrics and provide data‑driven insights to inform talent acquisition decisions and improve processes. /li liFoster a fantastic candidate experience through communications and personalized engagement. /li liCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards and other stakeholders to ensure equitable and efficient hiring decisions. /li liMaintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system to support metrics and compliance and ensure process alignment with all compliance and regulatory requirements.



/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition. /li liFluency in English and Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills. /li liExperience building relationships and influencing business leaders as a consultative partner. /li liExpertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipelines. /li liExperience recruiting for diverse roles, with a focus on technical and professional positions, and developing/negotiating offers for those roles. /li liProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools. /li /ul pThe base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $46,400 to $58,000 per year. /p h3Benefits /h3 pWe know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
