Keeps close communication with sales/service teams, consignees, warehouse and factories providers and forwarders to control the distribution processes in line with expectations. Applies empiric controls to manage the end-to-end supply chain performance, takes book-ins with consignees and manages incidents through return and claim handling processes.brstrongResponsibilities Duties: /strong /em /pulliAnswer logistics related questions from sales/service colleagues and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process.
