/p pOur group operates modern coffee production facilities in bFano, Bologna and Monteporzio /b, covering bcoffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and automated packaging /b.
/p pAs we continue to grow, we are looking for a Production Planner with bat least 3 years of experience in the coffee industry /b and a solid understanding of the complexity of industrial coffee production.
/p ul liPlan and coordinate daily, weekly and monthly production schedules /li liAlign production plans with sales forecasts, demand and inventory levels /li liCoordinate production capacity across roasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging lines /li liMonitor production performance, bottlenecks and line utilization /li liEnsure the availability of raw materials and maintain a smooth production flow /li liCoordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics and Quality teams /li liIdentify opportunities to improve production planning,



efficiency and capacity utilization /li liSupport continuous improvement of planning processes and production workflows /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in production planning within the coffee industry /li liPractical experience with coffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and/or coffee packaging /li liStrong understanding of industrial coffee manufacturing processes /li liExperience with ERP, MRP or production planning systems /li liStrong analytical and organizational skills /li liStructured, proactive and solution-oriented approach /li liAbility to manage and coordinate complex, multi-line production environments /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments /li /ul pExperience in companies such as Illy, Nestlé / Nespresso, JDE Peet's, Caffè Vergnano or similar industrial coffee manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage.
