/li liCoordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
/li liDevelop and manage project programmes, budgets, procurement activities and risk registers.
/li liReview drawings, specifications and technical documentation to ensure project objectives are achieved.
/li liMonitor construction progress, programme performance and project quality.
/li liManage procurement of client-direct packages, specialist equipment and long-lead items.
/li liCoordinate project change management, RFIs, technical queries and design development.
/li liSupport testing, commissioning, practical completion and project handover.
/li liChair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior stakeholders and the client.
/li liEnsure the highest standards of health,



safety and quality are maintained throughout the project.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience as a Project Manager delivering major construction projects.
/li liPrevious experience on stadiums, sports venues, commercial, mixed-use, infrastructure or other large-scale developments.
/li liDegree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
/li liStrong understanding of project delivery, procurement, programme management and contract administration.
/li liAbility to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts and construction programmes.
/li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
/li liExperience working in a client-facing or consultancy environment is advantageous.
/li liWillingness to be based in Milan for the duration of the project.
