The selected candidate will join an international IT team and contribute to defining and implementing innovative solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath, supporting the processes of the Würth Group.
/p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDefine automation roadmaps and analyze existing processes to identify optimization potential /li liDesign end-to-end solutions for business process automation /li liProvide technical leadership in selecting platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and defining best practices and development standards /li liDesign and implement solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse) and UiPath /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture /li liOversee solution quality through testing, documentation, and continuous improvement /li liProvide technical advisory to stakeholders and promote automation best practices /li liMonitor technological trends in RPA, DPA, low-code, and AI-driven automation /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education /li liAt least 5 years of experience in IT/software development,
