/p h3Job Description /h3 pAs a Logistics Analyst within the Logistics team, you ensure that plant logistics activities are executed on time and meet defined performance targets.
/p pYou play a key role in inventory accuracy, spare parts management, reporting, and process compliance while supporting operational efficiency across manufacturing sites.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor plant logistics activities, ensure compliance with timelines and KPIs, and escal... issues to management when needed.
/li liManage the planning, preparation, and shipment of spare parts to achieve required service levels.
/li liCoordinate cycle count activities, analyze inventory discrepancies, and support root cause investigations.
/li liMaintain and update the Plan For Every Part (PFEP) to ensure accurate material planning data.
/li liManage engineering change implementation by communicating BOM updates, aligning inventory,



and updating systems.
/li liLead BOM Audit activities by preparing plans, coordinating crossfunctional teams, documenting findings, and tracking corrective actions.
/li liAnalyze and report on logistics performance metrics, including inventory accuracy, ASNs, stock transfers, pending transactions, and service levels.
/li liSupport financial and operational compliance by managing month-end documentation, resolving invoice-to-delivery note discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
/li /ul h3Experience Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
/li li3+ years of experience in logistics, inventory control, supply chain operations, or a related field.
/li liExperience with inventory management systems, material planning processes, and cycle count programs.
/li liFamiliarity with bills of materials (BOM), engineering change management, and inventory reconciliation activities.
/li liStrong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
/li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent Italian and English language skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
