ph3Descrizione dell'offerta di lavoro /h3 h3IT End User Computing Engineer /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced IT End User Computing (EUC) Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to provide onsite and remote IT support within a global IT Operations team.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTroubleshoot and resolve hardware/software incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
/li liSupport Windows 11 and macOS, laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
/li liConfigure and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
/li liSupport Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, VPN, Defender and other business applications.
/li liProvide support for iOS/Android, Cisco/Polycom telephony and softphones.
/li liSupport meeting rooms and AV technologies including Crestron, Logitech, Dolby and Room Wizard.
/li liManage IT assets, documentation, knowledgebase updates and hardware lifecycle activities.
/li liSupport new-joiner setups, employee moves,



equipment returns and vendor hardware repairs.
/li liPerform meeting-room health checks, patching, updates and antivirus maintenance.
/li liHandle escalations and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
/li /ul h3Key Skills Experience /h3 ul li3+ years in IT/EUC or technical IT support.
/li liStrong hands-on troubleshooting across Windows 11 and macOS.
/li liExperience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF and Jira.
/li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365, OneDrive and VPN.
/li liExperience supporting remote users and managing incidents within SLAs.
/li liExcellent problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
/li liDegree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
/li liMicrosoft certifications are a plus.
