/ph3Role Profile /h3h3Key Accountabilities /h3pAs part of the Business Development Team: /pulliConducting the preparation of business cases and financial analysis of any opportunity that arises within the territory /liliPreparing all the support documents and analysis required to obtain internal approvals /liliLeading and supporting tender response documents /liliMaximising the new business contribution to EBITDA growth /liliCoordinate with the Company's main stakeholders, including HQ and Business Units the submission of tenders or negotiations for the company to grow and defend the current portfolio, including any potential new channel business model.
/liliPrepare and develop with the Business Development Director the approach and proposals for special tenders.
/liliEstablish contacts with Business Partners to maximize further and sustained business growth.
/li /ulh3People: /h3ulliSupport the management and development of the 'Business Development Community' to drive results across the group.
/liliWork with all of the Business Community Leads to make sure that all areas of the business have contributed to business efficiencies in the Project Process; use internal expert knowledge when required.
/li /ulh3Finance: /h3ulliWork closely with the Finance team to maximize the accuracy of data being submitted for projects.
/li /ulh3Operations: /h3ulliCoordination of the project process; involving all key stakeholders from Operations and other stakeholders to maximize the best results, defining project plan and time scales for completion.
/liliEnsure guidelines defined are followed in the projects.




/liliContinual improvement of 'Business Development' policies and processes to increase efficiencies.
/liliWork with external agencies to supervise the formal documentation for all Business Projects, Tenders and Proposals.
/liliAnalyze all key data to support decision making process.
/liliComplete studies of the markets to support BD Director in decision making.
/liliPreparing executive presentations /li /ulh3Person Profile /h3h3Experience and Specific Requirements Key Relationships /h3ulliMaster's Degree or equivalent, /lili5 years of proven experience within a complex global retail organization or management consultancy company with experience in an accounting / financial role, /liliDetailed understanding of Financial PLs, Balance Sheets and Modelling, /liliExposure to managing complex relationships within a tough business sector.
Development of Business models.
/liliKnowledge of FB and retail markets and business analytical skills.
