ph3bYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3 ul liResponsible for all manufacturing BOMs inside the ERP system and the transfer of engineering BOMs into manufacturing BOMs for sub and main assemblies, including adaptation for the needs of the production sites (Plant Level BOM) /li liCoordinate all production planning and work preparation activities within the area of new product introduction (NPI) to ensure an efficient sample production /li liPlanning, scheduling and organizing assembly trials for prototypes, design modifications, exhibition chargers and pre-series sample production including testing, packaging and shipping to the end customer /li liCoordination of procurement and provision of materials required for NPI assembly builds in collaboration with RD, purchasing, supply chain and logistics /li liCreation of work instructions for sub-assemblies and main assembly /li liProcess documentation during assembly trials and sample production /li liResponsible for data maintenance in the ERP system /li /ul h3bYOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /b /h3 ul liBachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, logistic, mechanical engineering or related fields /li liSeveral years of professional experience in work preparation and production planning /li liSeveral years of professional experience in working with BOMs inside the ERP system (AP+ or SAP) and MES systems /li liExperience in Lean Management and Six Sigma (certification is an advantage) /li liExperience in process optimization and continuous improvement /li liExperience with automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D, etc.) /li liKnowledge of programming languages is an advantage (JSON, C#, SQL, PHP) /li liKnowledge of Project Management Software is an advantage (MS Project and Jira)
