ABOUT US: Mavel Edt is a company specialized in the design and manufacture of electric motors and inverters for mobility.

PURPOSE: Mavel Edt has started a process of reorganization and international expansion that provides for the development of the Group.

We are looking for a Software Project Leader to coordinate embedded software development activities across AUTOSAR, model-based development, diagnostics, cybersecurity and testing workstreams: a pragmatic technical leader able to keep software development, validation, safety and project delivery aligned.

About the role The role will monitor planning, priorities, risks and deliverables in a complex automotive software project and ensure alignment among technical teams and project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

· Coordinate software activities across embedded software, AUTOSAR, MBD, diagnostics, cybersecurity and testing.

· Manage task planning, priorities, requirements, progress tracking and technical risks.

· Ensure alignment between requirements, development, integration and validation activities.

· Interface with project management, system engineering, test teams and external partners.

· Support technical reporting and escalation of blockers, dependencies and resource needs.

Required skills and experience





· Experience coordinating automotive embedded software teams or work packages.

· Good understanding of embedded software development processes.

· Familiarity with AUTOSAR, MBD, diagnostics and software testing.

· Experience managing requirements, planning and issue tracking.

· Strong technical communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to conduct weekly meetings and interact effectively with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

· Experience with inverter, e-powertrain or ECU projects.

· Knowledge of ISO 26262 / ASIL and ASPICE.

· Experience managing suppliers, consultants or external engineering partners.
