/liliCreating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board /liliMaximising sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events /liliDeveloping detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture /liliExceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliStrong retail background and knowledge of premium or luxury products /liliFrench speaking /liliExcellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills /liliMotivated and driven to achieve sales targets /liliProven ability in showcasing luxury items /liliAdaptable to change and able to work in a high-pressure environment /liliA strong team player who is goal orientated /li /ulh3What You Will Receive /h3ulliCompetitive salary and target-based commission structure /liliAccommodation and meals on board /liliNecessary visas and seafaring documents to work at sea /liliDedicated in-house bespoke training across sales, product and brand /liliContract role, working and living at sea for up to 6 months at a time, with a 1-2 month break at home between contracts /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
