/p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are searching for a dedicated Technical Service Data Analyst to join our team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy).
/p pThis is a key role focused on management, monitoring, and in-depth analysis of data related to our Technical Service processes, in close collaboration with our Subsidiaries worldwide.
/p pYour impact and contribution in this role will drive service excellence and enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liPerform in-depth analysis of data and KPIs currently used in the Technical Service area to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
/li liSupport on-field Kaizen sessions across EU and non-EU Subsidiaries to streamline current processes.
/li liDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders at both HQ and subsidiary level.
/li liDeliver training sessions to colleagues in our Subsidiaries to increase service excellence.




/li liContribute to defining and implementing performance improvement plans and monitoring their progress through recurrent meetings.
/li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
/p pExperience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent analytical and communication skills, curiosity and creativity.
/p h3What you should bring /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field with a strong quantitative component.
/li li1-2 years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar) or in a Technical Service/After Sales role with significant exposure to data analysis.
/li liProficiency in using ERP systems and IT Tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau).
/li liKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
/li liEnglish proficiency (minimum level B2 CEFR).
/li liAvailability for international business trips.
/li liAbility to execute tasks quickly and accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
/li liGood teamworking and listening skills.
/li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pFor this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 35,000 and 50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
