Legal Specialist What You’ll Be Doing Within Legal & Compliance Dept, you will be involved in the day‑to‑day activities, supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance.
You will be involved in managing independently the following tasks:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (Agency, Distribution, Supply, Service Agreements;
NDAs;
LOIs;
Sponsorship and Marketing Agreements).
- Supporting litigation and pre‑litigation activities,
