/p h3Why you should join /h3 pThe New Product Introduction (NPI) Buyer plays a key role in bringing new products to market by managing procurement activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
/p pWorking closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and suppliers, the NPI Buyer supports sourcing decisions, cost optimization, supplier selection, risk management, and project execution to ensure successful product launches on time, within budget, and at the required quality standards.

/p h3Your main tasks /h3 ul liManage procurement activities for new product development and industrialization projects.
/li liSupport supplier sourcing, quotation processes (RFQs), and commercial negotiations.
/li liCollaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams throughout project execution.
/li liDrive supplier selection and evaluate sourcing options based on cost, quality, and project requirements.
/li liCoordinate tooling, equipment, and component procurement activities.
/li liMonitor project timing, costs, risks, and supplier performance to support successful product launches.
/li liConduct market research and identify opportunities for cost improvement and supply optimization.
/li liLead supplier reviews and risk assessments to ensure project readiness.
/li liSupport value engineering and cost reduction initiatives during product development.
/li liFacilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.




/li liContribute to process improvements and share best practices across the team.
/li liEnsure smooth handover of projects into serial production and ongoing commodity management /li /ul h3What your background should look like /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
/li liExperience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or project management environments.
/li liExperience within an automotive or industrial manufacturing environment is preferred.
/li liAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
/li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
/li liExperience working with cross-functional and international teams.
/li liNegotiation and supplier management experience.
/li liTechnical understanding of manufacturing and production processes is an advantage.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
/li liExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
/li liFluent English communication skills; additional European languages are an advantage.
/li liWillingness to travel occasionally as business needs require.
