/li liCollaboration in the monitoring relevant legislation, regulations and directives framework (e.g. CSDR, GDPR, AML) applicable to the Company.
/li liConduct compliance risk assessments, gap analyses and other compliance analyses to identify and mitigate compliance risks within the central securities depository business.
/li liPrepare, update and control internal governing documents such as policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with external and group requirements.
/li liExecute compliance-related internal controls and thematic reviews /li liPreparing regulatory and management reporting, including preparing and presenting compliance reports to senior management and other internal stakeholders.
/li liSupport business units with advice on Euronext Securities activities and maintain continuous dialogue with employees across the organisation regarding compliance-related topics.
/li liCoordinate and cooperate with other compliance teams and stakeholders to ensure a harmonised approach.
/li liDevelop presentations and training material and conduct training in accordance with the compliance plan to promote compliance awareness.
/li liContribution to the drafting and update of the annual compliance plan and follow up on executed compliance activities.
/li liIdentify and implement activities to develop and mature the compliance culture across the CSDs and business units.
/li liContribute to compliance-related projects as relevant.
/li liPerform various administration and planning tasks within the compliance area.
/li liManage ad hoc tasks as required.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field.
/li liAt least five/six years of experience in compliance, risk management or a related area, preferably within financial services.
/li liKnowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and directives applicable to the financial industry.
/li liExperience in conducting compliance risk assessments, gap analyses and internal controls.
/li liProven ability to prepare, update and implement compliance policies, procedures and governing documents.
/li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and support business units and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
/li liStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to proactively manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
/li liHigh level of integrity, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a strong compliance culture.
/li liProficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
