/li liSharing and coordinating with RD, laboratory, and production.
/li liOptimization of test content, supporting the creation and maintenance of process and control plans.
/li liDefining measures for the further development of test systems based on statistical evaluations aimed at increasing test depth, improving stability, and optimizing test timing and content.
/li /ul h3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /h3 ul liDegree in electronic engineering, telecommunications, computer engineering, or automation engineering.
/li liFluent knowledge of English (spoken and written); knowledge of German and Italian is considered a plus.
/li liExperience in the manufacturing sector,



preferably in test engineering.
/li liKnowledge of electronic assembly processes and electronic EOL test systems (HW+SW).
/li liFamiliarity with process engineering and test engineering topics.
/li liKnowledge in the field of validation and capability analyses, correlation analyses, as well as statistics and Six Sigma.
/li liStrong knowledge in data management, e.g., PLC.
/li liAbility to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a "matrix" model.
