/p h3What You'll Do /h3 pAs anb Operations Specialist /b, you will play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence of theb therapy journey, /b monitoring performance end-to-end and proactively addressing risks, bottlenecks, and disruptions.
/p h3Your main responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liOversee, own and optimize the full acquisition and onboarding journey of new therapists, ensuring targets are met in line with company growth /li liOwn the implementation of process automation across acquisition and onboarding areas and drive the adoption of AI tooling /li liOversee and continuously improve the clinical onboarding process and team organization,



ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience /li liAct as the cross-team integration lead for new strategic streams of work across the company into the acquisition and onboarding processes /li liRedesign and optimise the therapist offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience while gathering scalability and preserving patients needs /li /ul h3Must-have skills /h3 ul li3–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Operations or Program Management (preferably in high-volume scale-ups).
/li liProved hands-on experience with process automation AI-based /li liStrong analytical mindset: comfortable reading and working data, identifying patterns, and building the case for change with a strong bias toward execution.
/li liExperience working in fast-paced, high-variability operational environments.
/li liStrong familiarity with operational metrics, SLAs, and structured workflows.
/li liProven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
/li liStrong problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
/li liFluency in English.
