/ppWorking model: Hybrid /ppDepartment / Function: Air Export /ph3About the role /h3pIn this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating international air export shipments, ensuring timely and compliant execution of all operations.
You will support CEVA Logistics commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.
/ph3What you will do /h3pAs Air Export Operator your main responsibilities will include: /pulliShipment management: Collecting and verifying order and shipment information, planning transport (routing), and optimizing operational executive.
/liliDocumentation: Preparing and managing the necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, transport documents, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulations.
/liliMonitoring: Overseeing shipments, updating data in the transport management system, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders.
/liliInvoicing: Validating documentation,



managing internal and external invoicing, and sending invoices to customer /liliReporting: Preparing operational reports and providing feedback to the manager to ensure compliance with quality and operational standards /liliCoordination: Collaborating with the team to resolve any operational issues /liliEnsuring compliance with applicable company procedures, safety standards, and legal requirements.
/liliContributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous improvement-oriented work environment /li /ulh3Who we are looking for /h3ulliProven experience in a similar role within logistics and transportation companies.
/liliStrong knowledge of international shipping processes and related documentation.
/liliAbility to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
/liliExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
/liliGood command of English, both written and spoken.
