ppAs Team Manager Testing Verification, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for system?level verification of hardware, software, and firmware according to the V?Cycle methodology.
Your mission is to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards through robust testing strategies and continuous process improvement.
/p h3bYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /b /h3 ul liLeading the development and implementation of verification protocols, analyzing results, and driving continuous improvement initiatives /li liReviewing product requirements and ensuring the creation of comprehensive test cases for our fast?charging systems (component, integration, electrical, thermal, environmental, software tests, etc.) to expand test coverage and prevent field failures /li liDefining verification plans and reports (DVP?R) and managing their execution /li liSupervising verification activities and resolving technical or organizational conflicts /li liStrengthening collaboration on testing strategies and promoting the adoption of automated testing /li liEnsuring technical quality, documentation accuracy, and completeness /li liWorking closely with cross?functional teams to address and resolve quality issues /li liProviding technical mentoring, coaching, and guidance to team members /li liAllocating resources to projects,
