ph3Team Lead Process Automation Development /h3pTo strengthen our Process Automation Development Team, we are looking for a Team Lead with experience in software development and a strong leadership mindset, with a particular interest in low-code solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform.
The selected candidate will lead an international team and contribute to the development of scalable automation solutions for the Würth Group.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCoordinate and mentor an international team of Power Platform developers located across Europe and the USA; /liliDefine and maintain development standards, guidelines, and best practices for low-code/no-code solutions; /liliOrganize and manage agile processes (Scrum) and oversee the entire application lifecycle; /liliDesign and implement innovative business process automation solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform; /liliCollaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions; /liliDrive continuous improvement of processes, quality, and performance of developed solutions.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Computer Science or equivalent education, or proven experience in software development; /liliAt least 3 years of experience in software development, including experience in technical or project coordination roles; /liliHands?on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.); /liliFamiliarity with Microsoft cloud services (Azure or Microsoft 365); /liliKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps,



and CI/CD practices; /liliExcellent communication skills in English and ability to work in international teams; /liliKnowledge of the Italian language; /liliStrong interest in process automation and continuous improvement; /liliWillingness to travel.
