/p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a detail-oriented BuyerFar East to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of materials coming from Taiwan, South Korea, (RAM, Chip, etc) or other Eastern suppliers, in line with quality and cost standards.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 pScout and evaluate new suppliers for innovative technical solutions to ensure present and future material availability.
/p pDevelop and implement sourcing strategies, improvement initiatives, and performance metrics to monitor supplier performance and drive cost reduction.
/p pLead sourcing projects aimed at achieving productivity and savings targets.
/p pNegotiate contracts with suppliers,



ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
/p pDevelop supplier strategies to secure the best pricing and overall value.
/p pCollaborate closely with the RD department to support product development and innovation.
/p pOptimize the supplier base and leverage procurement spend to create a competitive advantage.
/p h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
/p h3What you should bring /h3 pMaster's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
/p pComprehensive knowledge of purchasing processes, procurement strategies, and sourcing techniques.
/p pStrong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms and build long-term supplier relationships.
/p pFluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

/p pFor this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 55,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
