ppYour responsibilities /p pThe resource will be responsible for managing interactions with the Client and with internal departments (primarily Engineering and Project Execution) in order to meet the Client's requests for the supply of components and associated services, based on previously developed engineering documentation and specifications.
In the long term, the goal is to help establish a relationship of trust with the Client, aimed at directly supporting the 'Components' business and indirectly supporting the Plant Sales business (customer loyalty).
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liReceiving, analyzing, and recording Client requests; /li liPreparing and reviewing technical and commercial offers for their assigned client portfolio (quotations, timelines, commercial terms), in coordination with other involved departments if necessary with the manufacturers/vendors suppliers and the Client; /li liDrafting and managing Client complaints related to their projects, through to closure and reporting; /li liEntering orders into the ERP system and monitoring project progress; /li liFinalizing supply contracts (order confirmations, drafting contracts, verifying purchase orders); /li liPreparing and monitoring reports related to ongoing requests/projects, with periodic follow-up on the activities carried out by other team members, both on the procurement side (purchasing, expediting, etc.) and on the sales side (material preparation, shipping, invoicing, payments, etc.); /li liManaging project-based procurement activities and supporting/coordinating the purchase of stock and project-specific materials,
including follow-up with the expediting and shipping departments and other technical department stakeholders; /li liPreparing internal departmental reports (commercial analysis, support for Management Control, reporting for Finance, order intake forecasting, and updating of annual and multi-year sales budgets).
/li /ul pThe resource will report to the coordinator of the group as part of the Service department.
The group members are working together to support the world wide located End-Users with the NCA-IT service portfolio.
/p h3Your profile /h3 h3Skills, Qualifications And Abilities /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of work experience in after-sales support, preferably within industrial plant engineering companies; /li liFluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken; /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships at various levels (internal/external, verbal/written); /li liGoal-oriented and determined in achieving objectives; /li liStrong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills; decision-making autonomy and initiative complete the profile; /li liProficiency in IT systems, including MS Office suite and ERP software; /li liStrong organizational and planning skills,
with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
