ppThe Robotics Automation Project Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end execution of automation projects, combining strong hands?on robotics engineering expertise with structured project delivery.
/p pThis role focuses on the implementation, integration, and commissioning of robotic and automated systems, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and fully aligned with production requirements.
/p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDefine robotic concepts and automation cell architecture based on product and process requirements /li liPerform robotic cell simulation and feasibility analysis (cycle time, reachability, layout optimization) /li liProgram, configure, and optimize industrial and Collaborative robots (ABB, KUKA, UR, etc.) /li liPerform robot installation, setup, and on?site commissioning /li liTroubleshoot and debug robotic applications and automation cells /li liWork with PLC?controlled systems and support their integration within automation cells /li liDrive automation projects from concept definition to production handover /li liEvaluate and select equipment suppliers, including technical reviews and benchmarking /li liCoordinate project phases with suppliers (RFQ, Design Reviews, Factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance Test, Ramp?up, etc.) /li liActively manage project risks and technical issues /li liIdentify improvements in supplier solutions and internal standards /li liSupport optimization of automation systems during ramp?up /li /ul h3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /h3 ul liMaster's or bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering,



Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field /li liAt least 3 years of experience in Robotics and industrial automation engineering preferably in high?tech industries /li liExperience working with machine builders / system integrators including supplier coordination and system integration /li liExperience in executing and delivering automation projects, including supplier coordination and system integration /li liKnowledge of automation auxiliary devices and their integration (sensors, vision systems, drives ...) /li liKnowledge of industrial interfaces and systems (MES, SCADA, traceability, OPC?UA) /li liKnowledge of machinery safety standards, risk management (e.g., FMEA) /li liAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, process flows, and specifications /li liAbility to evaluate complex technologies and foresee their application potential /li liSkilled at working with interdisciplinary teams and external partners /li liWillingness to travel to research partners, conferences, and suppliers (up to 10%) /li liFluent in English; Italian/German proficiency is an advantage /li /ul h3OUR COMMITMENT /h3 ul liInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team /li liHigh?tech projects in the future?proof sector of e?mobility /li liOpportunities for advancement in a growing company /li liA wide range of further training opportunities /li liAttractive premio system and performance?related pay /li liAdditional company benefits /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
